Our technical support team is looking for a new member. Whether you're a seasoned stager or a budding IT enthusiast, our colleagues at "STP" are ready to support you beyond the beginning. Sharing our know-how is, after all, what we pride ourselves on.

What knowledge and skills you should have:

• Knowledge of tools and methodologies for model analysis and creation, e.g. Enterprise Architect, Wireframe Sketcher.
• Experience in information systems development is an advantage.

What you are going to do:

• Analyse technical requirements and project specifications.
• Create solution designs based on customer requirements and integrate them into existing software applications.
• Collaborate with the development team, testers and ensure that the technical solution meets customer requirements.
• Maintain constant contact with the customer and prepare technical briefs for developers.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and take care of the entrusted system, looking for ways to improve its functionality.

We are expanding a great and friendly team of analysts on projects for one of our most important customers in the government. If you are IT savvy, have experience in a similar position, can think analytically and communicate well, then the Analyst position at CCA Group a.s. is for you.

What you will do in this position:

• based on customer requirements, you will create solution proposals and incorporate them into existing software applications,
• you will be in constant contact with the customer and testers. You will also interact with developers for whom you will prepare technical assignments,
• take care of the system entrusted to you, look for ways to improve the functionality of the application and bring a better user experience to customers.

What we expect from you:

• knowledge of tools and methodologies to support the analysis and creation of models (e.g. Enterprise Architect, Wireframe Sketcher, etc.),
• ideally experience with IS development,
• active interest in new information and procedures,
• common sense and logical thinking.

• Creating test plans and test cases.
• Recording test results and recording defects found.
• Defining testing milestones and reporting results.
• Conducting integration tests.
